I will also supply a letter to VicRoads confirming that the applicant has supplied the photographs required.

These will be sent back and the member as all original signed forms (and the letter) must be taken in person to VicRoads to be able to get the vehicle on to the CPS.

RENEWING YOUR
CLUB PERMIT

To renew your Club Permit for your vehicle on the Club Permit Scheme (CPS)

Forward your completed/signed paperwork along with a stamped self addressed envelope to:

Club Permit Officer

Morris Register of Victoria Inc
Jim McIndoe
PO Box 112
South Morang Vic 3752

If you intend to pay your permit via your "myVicRoads" account, then you must also send a completed "Club permit endorsement" form along with your renewal notice.  This form is available via the VicRoads website or by clicking HERE

Upon completion I will return the processed paperwork and send an email confirming that it has been processed.

Members can send to me with Cheque made out to VicRoads and Stamped envelope and I can forward them on to VicRoads as I have done in the past,
OR
I can send them back and the member can post it to VicRoads themselves or make an online payment via your "myVicRoads" account.  Instructions for doing this are located HERE

(Under the terms of VicRoads the Morris Register has to keep a scanned record of all signed & stamped paperwork plus the photographs that can be forwarded to VicRoads within five days if requested. This is why it is no longer possible to sign paperwork at club meetings).
